Hunter and Eden will be heading to Nicaragua in a couple weeks. Please consider praying for them (and the whole City Church team, as well as the Zarephath Christian Church team). They will be in Nicaragua from July 24 - 30.
Here is a message from Eden.
I am so excited to say that this summer God has given me the opportunity to spend a week in Cristo Rey, Nicaragua, to be apart of a short term missions trip. I will be going down with a group of around twenty members of my church, City Church Cincinnati. We will be joining a group from Zarephath Christian Church in New Jersey, as well. We will be spending our days working with the local feeding program, helping with renovations in an orphanage, and doing construction on a church, “Tabernacle of Hope.” Most importantly we will be sharing the love of Christ with the people of Nicaragua.
This will be my third time, over the course of four years, to be spending a week in Nicaragua. Every time I go there, despite going there to serve the needs of the people of Cristo Rey, God shows himself to me in an exciting new way. I would love to ask for your support through prayer, as I go on this new journey with God.
